Gary Coleman dies of brain hemorrhage & brain bleeding

Actor Gary Coleman, who had suffered from a brain hemorrhage from an accident in his home Wednesday, died Friday in a Utah hospital, a hospital spokeswoman said.

Family members and close friends were at his side when life support was terminated at 12:05 p.m. (2:05 p.m. ET), Janet Frank said.

Coleman's wife, Shannon Price, issued a short statement Friday afternoon saying details of how the former child actor died will be made public later.

"Now that Gary has passed, we know he will be missed because of all the love and support shown in the past couple of days," Coleman's spokesman, John Alcantar, said in a written statement. "Gary is now at peace and his memory will be kept in the hearts of those who were entertained by him throughout the years."

Coleman, 42, was rushed by ambulance to a hospital after the accident in his Santaquin, Utah, home Wednesday, Frank had said in a statement released earlier Friday.

Later Wednesday night he was taken to another hospital -- Utah Valley Regional Medical Center in Provo -- where he had been listed in critical condition, she said.

broke the news Thursday that they had been approached by the controllers of a sex tape video allegedly featuring rapper Nicki Minaj. Those controlling the sex tape videos have put

the revealing footage on the market at a starting price of $100,000, according to MediaTakeOut.com, who admittedly don't have that kind of leverage. The gossip site notes that they have seen the alleged Nicki Minaj sex tape video and that the girl (or someone who looks a lot like Nicki Minaj) does some "freaky stuff" on camera. Apparently the video was shot a couple years ago, because the woman in the sex tape alleged to be Nicki Minaj looks somewhat younger. And if it does happen to be the 25-year-old rapper, the sex tape video's existence would be a direction she states she does not want to take with her music.

She told Fader magazine in February, "I don't know where I fit in the spectrum of rap yet ... people thought I was more of a sex symbol or wannabe sex symbol." Minaj added, "I'm trying to entertain, and entertaining is more than exuding sex appeal. I don't think that's fun. I don't find it fun watching someone trying to be sexy. It's wack." Sushmita: Sushmita Sen now wants a biological child

After adopting two children, former Miss Universe and actor Sushmita Sen now wants to give birth to a child. "I will go for biological baby because the clock is ticking for me," Sushmita, 34, told reporters Thursday on the sidelines of a preparatory workshop for the 2010 Miss Universe pageant.
